Alexander Tsikhilov

President & CEO
Alexander was born in St. Petersburg on July 12, 1972. In 1995 he graduated from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University and received his MBA from the International Management Institute St. Petersburg (IMISP) in 2006. Before starting Admiral Markets, Mr. Tsikhilov had already had entrepreneurial experience as the CEO of the internet service provider “Admiral Telecom”.
 

Dmitri Laush

Executive Vice President, Development Division Director
Dmitri was born on October 14, 1980 Tallinn, Estonia. He received a degree in International Business and Finance at International University Concordia in Estonia. Additionally, he is currently pursuing a masters from the Security Investment Institute in Great Britain. Dmitri founded the Estonian subsidiary of Admiral Markets in 2003, which subsequently became Admiral Markets AS.
 

Valerijus Ovsianikas

Western & Northern Europe Regional Director
Valerijus was born in Vilnius on February 8, 1964. In 1986 Valerijus graduated from Vilnius University with degree in Computer Science and Informatics. The same year, Valerijus started his career as a programmer and system administrator. Valerijus is a true multilingual who is fluent in five languages. He is a member of an International Professional Association focused on IT Governance (ISACA).
 

Bartosz Bielec

Eastern Europe Regional Director
Bartosz Bielec was born on January 27, 1983 in Poland. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. Before becoming the Eastern European regional director in 2009, Bartosz has been involved in numerous business ventures; from property investment to the medical industry. Nowadays, Bartosz successfully applies his talents at Admiral Markets.
 

Alena Neposidyaka

Asia Pacific Regional Director
Alena was Born in St. Petersburg on January 21, 1983. In 2007 she successfully graduated from St. Petersburg University with the degree in Oriental, African and Asian studies. Moreover, she was able to simultaneously complete a degree from St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics with a degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Additionally, Alena completed her internship in Oxford International University of Economics and Trade. It should come as no surprise that Alena is fluent in several Asian and western European languages. Since 2007 Alena has been working at Admiral Markets, where she is a key person behind the operations in Asian region.
 

Anton Tikhomirov

Regional Director of Russia & CIS and Ibero-America states
Anton was born on September 29, 1975. Since 1999 he has been working for the financial organization UMIS, where he started as a dealing operator and customer support manager until he was promoted the position of the regional and UMIS director that he currently holds.
 

Anatoly Mikhalchenko

Chief Supervisory officer
Anatoly Mikhalchenko was born on March 19, 1973 in Moscow. In 1996 he graduated from University College of Precise Mechanics and Technology with a degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering. From 1996 until 2005, he worked as an engineer, however in 2005 Anatoly decided to change career tracks and joined Admiral Markets as a head of regional development.
 

Juri Kartakov

Central-South Asia & Oceania Director
Juri was born on July 29, 1981 in Tallinn. In 2005 has graduated from International University Concordia Estonia with a bachelor degree in International Business Management, with a major in Finance. Furthermore, in 2008 Jurii has successfully graduated from International University Audentes with an MBA degree. Before joining Admiral Market has been a head of International organization, specializing in development and supply of complex solutions for timber and furniture industries.
 

Riina Amalie Aab

Chief Financial Officer (CFO )
Rina was born on January 12, 1972 in Tallinn. In 1997 she finished Tallinn University with masters degree. Since, 2009 Rina is obtaining a second Master’s degree in the field of Economics in Tallinn University of Technology. Before joining Admiral Markets team she has been working as an internal audit specialist in an International organization Glaskek AS and Bossa Teeinduse AS (subsidiary of Finish enterprise Paulig).
 

Aleksander Ljubovski

Chief Operating Officer
Aleksander was born on February 13, 1984. He graduated from TTK University of Applied Sciences in Estonia and before joining Admiral Markets served in different key positions in supply chain management and telecom companies. Since joining Customer Services team of Admiral Markets in 2010 Aleksander has been managing implementation of new services into Customers’ environment as well as improvement of Company’s other essential day-to-day operations.
