Please note that by completing the above steps, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

  • Admiral Markets UK excludes all liability for all hard and software failures during or after a remote connection session
  • all remote connection sessions and session data will be recorded for supervisory purposes
  • by communicating your login data, you are allowing the support agent to see your desktop and work on your PC
  • there will be no external programs installed on your PC
  • there will be no data or files transferred without your explicit consent
  • you are able to terminate the remote connection session at any time.
