- all remote connection sessions and session data will be recorded for supervisory purposes
- by communicating your login data, you are allowing the support agent to see your desktop and work on your PC
- there will be no external programs installed on your PC
- there will be no data or files transferred without your explicit consent
- you are able to terminate the remote connection session at any time.
